The recommendations of the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board be approved as follows:
Progress made on the new Bradford Street Leisure and Community Centre including the appointment of the design team and other consultants be noted.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board of 22 May 2013 (contains exempt information).
